Nadine Lavigne is the Founder of BeREAL Partners, where she helps organizations strengthen leadership, build healthier teams, and create cultures where people thrive.
For more than 20 years, Nadine has led leadership development, organizational effectiveness, and talent strategy inside some of the world's most recognized organizations, including GE, Boeing, IBM/Kyndryl, and today as a leadership development partner with McDonald's through The People Side.
Throughout her career, she noticed something surprising. The organizations with the smartest people didn't always produce the best results. The leaders with the most impressive résumés didn't always build the strongest teams.
Again and again, success came down to something much less visible… the quality of the relationships between people.
That realization sparked years of research into social health, leadership, trust, and authentic connection.
Today, Nadine combines evidence from leadership research, organizational psychology, and public health with thousands of hours coaching leaders, facilitating executive teams, and designing leadership experiences to help organizations strengthen the health of relationships.
